We aim to provide a friendly and professional first point of call for our customers and other contacts; between us we have extensive knowledge of the company, its history and its services. You can rely on us to help you resolve any queries you may have.



Subscription renewal process

UK & Overseas:
Customer Services is involved in a wide range of activities but our primary responsibility is managing the subscription renewal process for all our services. We ensure the subscription process runs smoothly and that there is no disruption to your service.

Disc dispatch:
We organise the dispatch of our disc services so if you encounter any problems, please let us know as soon as possible so we can ensure it is resolved quickly and efficiently.

BookData Online access management:
We are also responsible for administering and managing your access to BookData Online and other services. This process should run smoothly whether you are taking up a free trial or are a fully paid-up subscriber. Any problems with the service should first be reported to our Help Desk as quickly as possible so we can ensure there is no disruption to your service and therefore your business.

Dependent upon the service your currently take you may find that for a small outlay you can either increase the frequency that you receive a disc service or go online to gain access to an improved service that provides more up-to-date information.
